1. When you purchase a photo print from
VarsityOhio.com you are ensured timely delivery to your home by
certified mail or courier. All orders are processed within 24 hours
of your order and, whenever possible, a rush delivery can be made at
additional C.O.D. costs contingent upon the distance required for
delivery*. The costs for rush delivery will be incurred only upon
your express agreement and verified by our personal courier. (The
possibility of this service is only limited by inclement weather
and/or unforeseen forces and/or acts of God which may prevent
promptness or altogether negate the rush delivery service.)
*We cannot make same-day deliveries on
orders containing poster-sized enlargements (11” x 14” or greater).
For all other orders we will strive to make a rush same-day delivery
but it may take up to 1 business day or less if the order was placed
after 1:00 PM. A delivery charge will be determined by the distance
traveled by our courier.

quality photographic paper and the richest printing ink available
which guarantees long-lasting photographs that will not fade nor
wither under normal circumstances within your home, providing years
of visible appreciation.
3. When you place an order with
VarsityOhio.com you are guaranteed that your order will meet or
exceed visual quality expectations of the images rendered. All of
the images you pay for are worthy to be displayed in the print size
you choose and you will be notified if the enlargement size of a
particular photo is limiting to the quality of your chosen
photograph(s).* Before your photos are shipped or delivered they
will be personally inspected and deemed worthy for delivery by me,
the photographer. As the sole photographer of the images displayed
on VarsityOhio.com, I take great pride in ensuring that the images
of your order are befitting to high quality expectations. Please

professionally necessary to achieve your satisfaction as a customer
and maintain product quality assurance.
*As can often be the case when
increasing the print size of a photograph, certain images are
rendered less sharply in proportion to their increased size. All of
my photographs are captured by a 10.2 mega-pixel digital sensor that
is capable of reproducing quality photographic prints as large as a
poster-sized 20” x 30” image. However, some of the images listed on
VarsityOhio.com have been cropped for better visual impact, and
although all of the images still retain their quality and sharpness,
the images which have been cropped are limited to the extent of size
they can be printed without sacrificing their sharpness. In other
words, not all photographs can be printed in poster sizes. If your
desired enlargement choice affects the visual quality of the photo
you will be notified.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. I am
confident that only the choicest images will be delivered to you in
their appropriate size. Your order is personally accounted and
examined before it is ever printed. Yet, because errors in judgment
are possible, or should any of your chosen photos be inferior in
quality and/or rendered poorly, i.e., the subject is negligently
out-of-focus, or you are simply dissatisfied in any way, you can
notify me immediately and you will be recompensed or the cost of
your order will be refunded. In any case, every effort will be made
to correct matters which may be clearly disconcerting to you as a
customer.
How do I make returns or obtain a refund?
Because there is no need for a return/exchange
interaction, you can obtain a refund for the cost of your order
(minus any shipping or packaging charges required to deliver your
order, including rush order service fees) by contacting me via email
at
customerservice@varsityohio.com. All emails are answered
accordingly and reasonably promptly.
Can I get the photos in Black and White?
Yes, also in Matted or Glossy finishes.
